Prompt for the AI Agent (lead sourcing filters, audit prompt, master prompt trick and more)

You are my client acquisition agent. Work in the background and report back when done.

NICHE: [e.g., gutter cleaners]
CITY: [a city near me]

STEP 1 — LEAD SOURCING
Search Google Maps for [NICHE] in [CITY]. Keep only businesses where ALL of these are true:
– 4+ star rating
– 50+ reviews
– No booking link built into their Google listing
– The owner never replies to reviews

For each business that passes:
– Call after business hours and note whether it goes to voicemail.
– Fill out the contact form on their website using [MY PHONE/EMAIL]. Track who replies within 24 hours and who never replies.
– Check local Facebook groups and Nextdoor for “anyone know a good [NICHE]?” posts and log which businesses get tagged most.

STEP 2 — THE AUDIT
For each qualified business, create a one-page audit scoring 1-10 on:
– Response time (calls + contact form)
– Booking process
– Reviews (volume, rating, owner replies)
– Website speed
– Google Business Profile gaps
Add the top 3 fixes that would bring them more jobs.

Then write me a 3-7 minute Loom script walking the owner through their audit in plain language.

Find every way to reach the owner: cell phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. List them with the audit.

STEP 3 — THE DEMO
For the top prospects, build a simple working demo using their logo and pricing: an AI receptionist, a missed-call text-back, or a booking page, whichever fixes their biggest gap. Include a “what if” comparison estimating jobs and revenue they’re missing today vs. with the fix. Mark every estimate clearly as an estimate.

OUTPUT
A ranked list of the qualified businesses with their scores, audit, Loom script, contact info, and demo link. Put the 9 best prospects at the top.
